The Focused Woman Collective is operated by Moderari Studio. When this policy refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Moderari Studio and The Focused Woman Collective.

We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:
- Your first name and email address, when you purchase a course or sign up to our mailing list
- Payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
- Any information you voluntarily share with us by email
We do not collect any sensitive personal data and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools on this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Deliver the course or content you have purchased or signed up for
- Send you email updates about new courses, sessions, and community offerings — only if you have opted in
- Respond to any questions or enquiries you send us
- Process payments securely via Stripe
We will never use your information for anything other than the purposes above without asking you first.
Email communications
If you purchase a course or sign up to our mailing list, your name and email address are stored in SendFox, our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you.
We do not send unsolicited email. We will only contact you about things directly relevant to what you signed up for.
Third-party services we use
To operate the Collective, we work with a small number of trusted third-party providers:

- SendFox — email delivery and list management. Their privacy policy is at sendfox.com/privacy
- Notion — course content hosting. Their privacy policy is at notion.so/privacy
We only share your data with these providers to the extent necessary to deliver our services. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw your consent to email communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, your details are removed from SendFox. If you request deletion of your data, we will action this promptly.

If we make any meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't make any changes that reduce your rights without letting you know directly.
